Membership Only: In-House Hormone Replacement Therapy Labs $150

This pricing is only available for membership-based patients. If you are looking to start hormone replacement therapy, this is where you will do that. An order is created and patient's must come into our actual clinic where their blood will be drawn. A provider will call the patient back with results and hormone recommendations if they are warranted.

This service is for membership-based patients only and is for those who are needing an order for labs to see what their hormone levels are. Patients can take their order to a lab of their choosing. Payment for those labs drawn will be the patient's responsibility.  

Complete an asynchronous visit now by clicking the "Order Labs" button. Our providers will review your form and send a lab order to your desired location when appropriate. You will be billed separately by your chosen laboratory provider (Ex. Quest, Labcorp)     

This service is for those with established labs that need prescriptions called in or labs reviewed. Please be aware that testosterone is a controlled medication and we do not prescribe any controlled medications.
